More than bob-a-job

Over the Easter holidays, 28 of the boys from Laurencekirk Scout Group participated in our local Bob-a-Job and raised a fantastic £238.55 for our hut refurbishment fund.

Help given to parents and family members in return for a donation included polishing shoes, shopping, painting a rabbit hutch, mowing the grass, planting seed potatoes, making cakes and fetching firewood.

A number of the boys were also rewarded for tidying their bedrooms and dens, and parents are looking forward to a repeat of Bob-a-Job next Easter so they will be briefly tidy again!
